Wholesale Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of wholesale, liquidation, closeout, overstock, shelf-pull, customer-return, and secondary-market merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds because merchandise did not sell, did not produce the expected profit, was rejected by a marketplace, or contained ordinary condition variations disclosed or reasonably expected for the stated merchandise category.

Buyer is responsible for conducting due diligence and reviewing all available descriptions, photographs, manifests, samples, quantities, dates, and condition information before purchasing.

Limited Exceptions

Stealz International will review a claim only when:

  • The merchandise shipped is materially different from the product identified on the final invoice;
  • The quantity received is materially less than the invoiced quantity, after accounting for any disclosed estimated counts or permitted variance; or
  • Stealz International expressly approved a return right in writing before payment.

Normal assortment differences, packaging variations, minor count differences within a disclosed tolerance, cosmetic conditions, or defects consistent with the disclosed merchandise condition are not grounds for return.

Claim Deadline

Buyer must inspect the shipment immediately and submit a complete written claim within three business days after delivery or pickup.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied to the extent permitted by law.

Required Documentation

A claim must include:

  • Buyer’s name and invoice number;
  • Bill of lading or delivery receipt;
  • Pallet, carton, and unit counts;
  • Clear photographs and video showing the unopened shipment, pallet wrapping, labels, and affected merchandise;
  • A description of the discrepancy; and
  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested.

Visible damage, missing pallets, or missing cartons must be written on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before it is signed. Freight damage must also be reported to the responsible carrier.

Preserve the Merchandise

Buyer must retain the merchandise, original cartons, labels, pallet wrapping, and shipping materials while the claim is being reviewed.

Buyer may not return, sell, distribute, dispose of, alter, or relabel disputed merchandise unless Stealz International provides written instructions. Returning merchandise without written authorization does not create a right to a refund.

Available Remedies

If Stealz International approves a claim, Stealz International may, at its option and subject to applicable law:

  • Replace the affected merchandise;
  • Issue a credit toward a future purchase;
  • Provide a partial refund based on the verified shortage or discrepancy; or
  • Authorize the return of the affected merchandise for an approved refund.

Original and return freight charges are nonrefundable unless Stealz International agrees otherwise in writing or the refund is required by law.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after payment, release to a warehouse, preparation for shipment, or scheduling of transportation without written approval from Stealz International.

Approved cancellations may be reduced by nonrecoverable expenses or an agreed cancellation or restocking fee disclosed to Buyer. Deposits are nonrefundable only when identified as nonrefundable before payment.
